5G Mobile

SKY58100-11, SKY58105-11, SKY58277-31

These three new products are part of our Sky5® product portfolio. The SKY58100-11 MMMB Tx-Rx FEM supports 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile devices and operates efficiently in 3G/4G/5G modes. The SKY58105-11 Mid- and High Band FEM supports 3G/4G/5G mobile devices and operates efficiently in 3G/4G/5G modes, and has separate 3G / 4G / 5G PA blocks operating in mid- and high bands, a silicon controller containing the MIPI RFFE interface, RF band switches, MB and HB antenna switches, bi-directional couplers, and integrated filters for Bands 1, 3, 34, 39, 40, and 41. The SKY58277-31 FEM for LTE and NR is versatile and supports ultra-high band 4G/5G and LTE/NR applications.

SKY53745-21, SKY53759-11

The SKY53745-21 is a low-band (LB)/mid-band (MB)/high-band (HB) diversity receive module to be used in a cellular mobile device. The device supports cellular diversity receiver functions. The SKY53759-11 is a highly integrated LNA filter module that enables users to support new 5G New Radio (NR) bands in the 3.3 to 4.2 GHz frequency ranges. It utilizes the latest advanced SOI process technologies to achieve leading high-bandwidth, low noise figure (NF) LNA performance in a small package footprint.

SKY66523

The SKY66523-11 is a 200 MHz instantaneous bandwidth, fully input/output matched 30 dBm power amplifier (PA) with high gain and linearity. The compact 5 × 5 mm PA is designed for 5G NR systems operating from 3550 to 4200 MHz. The active biasing circuitry is integrated to compensate PA performance over temperature, voltage, and process variation.

SKY66520

The SKY66520-11 is a 200 MHz wide instantaneous bandwidth, fully input/output matched 30 dBm power amplifier (PA) with high gain, efficiency and linearity. The compact 5 × 5 mm PA is designed for 5G NR and 4G LTE systems operating from 3300 to 3800 MHz. The active biasing circuitry is integrated to compensate PA performance over temperature, voltage, and process variation.

SKY85788-11

The SKY85788-11 is a highly integrated 6 GHz front-end module (FEM) intended for high-power Wi-Fi 6e applications and systems, and is part of the Skyworks line of high efficiency, energy saving ICE technology products.

SKY85336-11 & SKY85752-88A

SKY85336-11 and SKY85752-88A are high efficiency, high power Wi-Fi 6 FEMs and are part of the Skyworks line of high efficiency, energy saving ICE technology products.

SKY85791-11 & SKY85354-11

SKY85791-11 and SKY85354-11 are Mid-Power Wi-Fi 6 FEMs. Their PA output includes a coupler to allow for digital pre-distortion (DPD) in applications. In DPD applications, the coupler is also used in place of the power detector.

SKY55950

SKY55950 is a front-end module (FEM) with an integrated low-noise amplifier (LNA) and pre-filter and post-filter designed for Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver applications. The SKY55950-11 is optimized to operate at 1559 to 1606 MHz, which makes it ideal for GPS / GLONASS / Galileo / Compass / QZSS radio receiver applications.

The SKY55951-11 front-end module (FEM) features an integrated L1 low-noise amplifier (LNA) and post-filter along with an L5 LNA and post-filter designed for Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver applications. Part of our Sky5® portfolio, the SKY55951-11 provides high gain, low current consumption, and integrated input and output matching for both L1 and L5, all in a compact 2.0 x 1.6 mm package.

SKY66408

The SKY66408-11 is a high-performance, fully integrated RF front-end module (FEM) designed for Zigbee, Thread, and Bluetooth (including Low Energy) applications.

The SKY66408-11 is designed for ease of use and maximum flexibility. The device provides an integrated inter-stage matching and harmonic filter, and digital controls compatible with 1.6 V to 3.6 V CMOS levels.

The RF blocks operate over a wide supply voltage range from 1.8 V to 3.6 V that allows the SKY66408-11 to be used in battery powered applications over a wide spectrum of the battery discharge curve.
